Bridget Stahl

My name is Bridget Stahl and I believe that there are three keys to leading a successful life. The first is to BELIEVE. Believe in your dreams, goals, and most importantly in yourself. The second key is to ACHIEVE. The achieve stage is where you put your goals and dreams into action. This is the "tough" part where you learn from your mistakes and push through the hard times, but it is also extremely satisfying. It is so rewarding to achieve a goal or dream. The last key to success is to INSPIRE. Achieving our personal goals is fantastic, but it's even better when we inspire someone else to achieve their goals and dreams as well.

I am passionate about helping individuals in their journey towards a healthier lifestyle. I believe in the products that Beachbody offers. These products have helped me to achieve my health and fitness goals and because of this I want to inspire others to believe in their dreams and help them to achieve their goals as well.

I believe in helping others to find financial freedom and the freedom of time. The freedom to be their own boss, make their own schedule, and INSPIRE others. I'm able to do this while helping others to achieve their health and fitness goals as well.
